How does NEWTZ product quality compare with others?
NEWTZ is committed to bringing you quality garments with cool designs across the whole range. We use high quality (190gsm white, 205 gsm colours) 100% cotton as our base T-shirts garments, which in our opinion, leaves us head and shoulders above our competition with regards to quality and price. Have you any tips on taking care of your products?
In order to keep our t-shirts and other products in the best possible condition, follow the instructions on the care label within the garment.
All products are extremely well printed using the latest printing technologies. They are 100% cotton and the heaviest weight you need for a t-shirt that will last for years. (190-205gms).
Machine wash the t-shirt on warm setting, inside out and with like colours. Tumble dry medium. As with all printed t-shirts do not iron the print. We recommend ironing inside out.
When will my order be sent?
We always aim to dispatch your order between 1-3 days after the order has been placed. The Goods will normally arrive within 14 days of the placement of the order. If delivery is delayed beyond 28 days, we will notify you that this is the case and you will have an option to cancel your order if the delay is unacceptable.
If any of the details on your delivery address are incorrect you can email us to advise us of any changes, but please be aware that we cannot always answer emails before your order is dispatched. Our advice would be to call us immediately on 0845 259 0366 (UK) or +44 1252 345074 (rest of world) to make the amendments. Our phone lines are not operated 24 hours a day but you can leave a message at any time and we will amend the relevant details and call or email you to advise you of the change.
Standard Delivery Times
All single UK orders are dispatched by Second Class mail and usually take 1-3 working days from date of posting. You will know when your order has been dispatched as you will receive an email letting you know. You will be notified immediately of any expected delay in the dispatch of your order.
Please note that we will need to wait 21 days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item sent by Second Class Mail.
Delivery outside of the UK
All overseas orders are sent by Priority Airmail unless otherwise specified and can take between 4-10 days for delivery depending on your country, but please be aware delivery to some countries can take up to 20 days. Please see the table below, which is a guide only.
- Mainland Europe = 4-6 working days
- North America = 6-7 working days
- Rest of the World = 9-10 working days
Delivery of any Goods will be by courier or post depending on the size and nature of the Goods to be supplied. If you order any item from NEWTZ it is you as the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all the details you provide are correct. This includes your billing address, contact telephone numbers, email address (if applicable), and delivery address. It is not the responsibility of NEWTZ to correct any delivery addresses, and under The Data Protection Act we cannot amend your billing address details. We will ship goods to the address you as the customer provide us with. It is your responsibility to review all your billing address, contact telephone numbers, email address (if applicable), and delivery address to ensure they are correct at the registration of your account, at the checkout and payment process, as well as to review all these details on your confirmation order email.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order we will refund you in full providing we receive confirmation of your decision to cancel by email (email@example.com) before the goods are packed or shipped. Orders must usually be cancelled within 24 hours, so if orders have been packed or shipped you may have to bear the cost and will only receive a partial refund.
Once the Goods have been delivered, you may still return them to NEWTZ Limited within 28 working days of receipt for a full refund (minus postage costs), provided the Goods are in the original shipped condition. You may not return an item after this time has expired. See Returns section.
Do you store my payment details?
When you shop online at NEWTZ we want you to feel you can do so securely, and we understand security and trust is a key factor in keeping you satisfied. And we know some customers can be uncomfortable divulging their payment details to companies without a well-known brand name. We have created a shopping environment in which you can have total confidence in using. While we hold all your order and address information, we do not process your payment. We pass responsibility for taking your payment to Sage Pay. This means we do not hold any of your debit or credit card information, we leave that to trusted financial institutions, and therefore is safer than using your card in a shop on the high street.
How do I return an item?
NEWTZ operates a “no hassle” returns policy, valid for 28 days from receipt of an item. If when you receive your order you want to change for a different size, colour, or on the rare chance you are not happy with the item or you have just changed your mind, we advise you contact us immediately following the steps below.
1. Tell us you want to Return something to us
Either visit www.newtz.me/contact, and use the Customer Service portal to register your request, or use your affiliate Sales Portal to register your Return request for authorisation.

If you are eligible to return an item, we will email you a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your return. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number. We will ask you if you would like us to exchange the item (provided it is still available) or refund your payment
If an item is damaged or faulty, you must retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Pack it up nice and neat and send it to us
Wrap the item securely and send to the returns details we will have emailed you to the front. We advise you keep all proof of postage, and ensure the item you are returning reaches us within 28 days from the date you received your item from us. We offer extended returns deadlines only over the Christmas period.
3. Other stuff to consider
All returns must be made at the expense of the person making the return. We can only accept items returned to us within 28 days from the date your order was despatched. Items that do not reach us within 28 days will not be valid for exchange, refund or replacement. If you wish to return an item we advise that you act immediately upon receipt to obtain a returns number and return the item to us as soon as possible. We aim to answer all returns requests within 24 hours. All items must be returned to us before an exchange, refund or replacement is issued. Please do not use scissors to open your package, you are able to just tear the packaging open. Returns with scissor marks will not be accepted. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale. Please be very careful when trying products on, for example, please ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant which may leave marks on the product as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any odour, marks or stains. Please thoroughly inspect any item you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty. Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect. A polite request, please fold returned items neatly before sending them back to us.

By sharing any contribution (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) with NEWTZ you agree to grant to the NEWTZ, free of charge, permission to use the material in any way it wants (including modifying and adapting it for operational and editorial reasons) for NEWTZ services in any media worldwide. It's important to note, however, that you still own the copyright to everything you contribute to NEWTZ and that if your text, copy, image or photograph is accepted, we will endeavour to publish your name alongside it if you so desire. NEWTZ cannot guarantee that all text, copy, images or photographs will be used and we reserve the right to edit your comments.
Copyright in your contribution will remain with you and this permission is not always on an exclusive basis, so you can continue to use the material in any way including allowing others to use it, unless we agree otherwise. In order that the NEWTZ can use your contribution, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any UK laws, that you have the right to give NEWTZ permission to use it for the purposes specified above, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or the consent of their parent / guardian if they are under 16.
